Apple pork rib soup

Adapted from noobcook n the Chinese soup lady

250g pork rib
3 medium Fuji apples, skin peeled, sliced into equal sections and cored
1.5 tbsp dried lily bulb
3 red dates optional (noobcook)
1 in dried tangerine peel optional ) Chinese soup lady)
1.2L water
1/2 tsp salt

Next time try 2 apples n 1 corn

Thk can add honey dates n apricot kernels
