Yong tau foo tau cheo n Bee Hoon

Serves 2

1 pkt ntuc yong tau foo (~350g)
100g cabbage (this is optional. I added coz ve leftover tat I wanted to clear
100g bee hoon, soaked in tap water till soft (this time I used all left over which is 132g n was too much)
1 1/2 tbsp tau cheo, mashed into paste ( increased by 1/2 tbsp becoz adding bee Hoon)
8 cloves garlic, minced
300ml water ( noobcook was 1/2 cup but I increase coz adding bee Hoon)

Cook yong tau foo in boiling water for 2 min n drain n set aside
