Baked Portobello mushrooms n Fusili with prawn, ham and sausage

Baked Portobello mushrooms n Fusili with prawn, ham and sausage

Can't rem how long I baked the mushrooms. Thk 15-20 min, basically till cheese melts.

Wash mushrooms gently n quickly.
Pat dry.
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese.
Add diced capsicum, tomato and ham cubes.
Top up w more cheese.
Sprinkle salt n pepper
Preheat oven at 200degC.( chk noobcook n bitsoftaste )


Fusilli

Double the quantity of noobcook recipe since this is for 4 pax instead of 2.

Next time put less olive oil n butter.

Prawns were marinated w salt n sugar so taste nice, juicy n springy
